MESA - Customizing pgstar for your models

Using kap module

If using the kap module by itself (i.e. without running mesa/star), you must first load the opacity tables to be able to use the other subroutines by calling the kap_init subroutine. Here is an example using all the default values: call kap_init('gn93','gn93_co','lowT_fa05_gs98',4.1d0,4.0d0,3.8d0,.true.,'',info) Alternate values for the input arguments can be found in mesa/star/defaults/star_job.defaults
