Provided Shared Accommodations

We're pleased to announce that accepted participants will be offered free shared accommodations. Rooms will be shared with other summer school participants at the Teton Science Schools Jackson campus with five people to a room. We are looking into providing single gender accommodations for those who prefer it but cannot guarantee it at this time.

Accepted applicants will be provided with instructions on how to reserve their shared accommodations after acceptance.

On-Site Dining

Lunches, dinners, and two coffe breaks with snacks are provided to everyone for all five working days of the summer school.

Alternate Accomodations

For participants looking for private accommodations, there are hotels nearby, but given Jackson's popularity as a tourist destination, we recommend booking early and preparing for higher prices.

Travel to Jackson, WY

The nearest airport to Jackson is Jackson Hole Airport (JAC), which is served by several major airlines. The organizers are investigating the possibility of providing shuttle service between the airport and the summer school venue, but cannot guarantee service yet. Aside from this potential shuttle service, transportation to the Teton Science Schools in Jackson will be the responsibility of participants. Unfortunately, no financial assistane for travel is available at this time.
